Event Flow
Group Division:
-800 students divided into 80 groups.
-Each group will have 10 students.
Activity Slots (Running Simultaneously):
→Slot 1: Cold Cooking
- Hands-on, no-heat food preparation (e.g., salads, sandwiches, or dessert decorating).
→Slot 2: Food Story Creation & Fun Food Quiz
- Creative storytelling activity themed around food.
- Interactive quiz with fun food facts and trivia.
Rotation Schedule:
- Among the 80 batches of 10 students, each batch will spend 60 minutes per slot before rotating.
- Two batches can run at the same time (one per activity) to maintain flow.
Venue & Setup Requirements:
- Long tables for food prep and group work.
- Canopy (if outdoors) for shade/weather protection.
- Workspace with utensils, ingredients, and cleaning supplies.
