• Formation: 80 groups, each consisting of 10 students.
• This ensures personalized attention and smooth facilitation across activity zones.
Description
A curated hands-on experience for 800 school students to explore the dynamic
world of sports through interactive fitness, gameplay, and event-based activities.
Event Flow
- DODGE BALL RULES AND REGULATION:
1. Each team consist of 12 players.
2. Matches will be play knock out Basis.
3. Non marking shoes is compulsory, a tournament will be played on indoor stadium.
4. The Team should produce ID CARD Issued by respective school or Bonafide certificate duly signed by Head of the institution.
5. The Team should report before 30 minutes Before.
6. The MATCHES HAVE SET TIME LIMITS 3+2+3.
7. The Matches will be played On KAIZEN DODGE BALL.
8. All the team players supposed play in proper attires falling in which they will not beallowed to play (Jersy/shots in single colour).
9. The Tournament will be two different categories (boys and girls).
10.THE organizing committee will not following any strict rules and regulation offederation.
11.Two substitutes of standby player can be permitted.
12.The tournament will be played on indoor stadium (GJBC BASKETBALL INDOOR STADIUM).
- REGULATIONS FOR TRIO BADMINTON TOURNAMENT TAMS - 2025:
1. The Matches will be played on Knock Out basis.
2. Matches will be played with Yonex mavis 350 Nylon shuttles.
3. Matches will be played with best of 1 set x 21 points & had three stages.
4. 0-7 points = singles (BOYS 1 V/S 1).
5. 7-14 points = Mixed doubles (2 V/S 2) GIRLS joining each team.
6. 4-21 points = (3 V/S 3) BOYS joining each team, the points are continuous & donot reset between stages.
7. In Singles and Mixed doubles, the Regular Badminton service rules will apply.
8. In 3 V/S 3 stage (14-21 points) as player can serve & receive. The receiving teammust choose only 1 player at a time to receive the serve.
9. All the matches will be played at PES University RR Campus Indoor Stadium.
10. Non marking shoes are compulsory & TEAM should report with proper sportsattire – Jersey and Shorts.
11.Teams should produce identity cards issued by the respective institutions and Bonafide certificates duly signed by the Principal/Head of the Institution.
12. No change of players shall be permitted during the tournament once the names in the entry form have been submitted.
13.The teams should report to the venue 30 min before the scheduled time.
14.The referee's decision shall be final and binding as far as rules are concerned. Any miss behavior of any team members will lead to disqualification from the tournament.
15.The Organizing committee reserves the right to alter the rules or make amendments due to unforeseen circumstances at a later stage.
16.Teams must be accompanied by the Physical Education Director/Team Manager, and they shall be responsible for the team's behavior.
17. Protests are normally discouraged. Objections on the decision of the official shall not be entertained.
18. One substitute or standby player will be permitted.
19.The tournament will be organized at Badminton indoor stadium (GJBC BADMINTON INDOOR STADIUM).
